Do I need a Google Account?

Is Clear Cuts free?

Yes for core shortcuts (Format, Fill, Border). Trace Precedents is a premium feature that requires a paid license.

Which browsers are supported?

Chrome only. Clear Cuts is a Chrome extension and relies on Chrome's extension APIs.

How do I uninstall or revoke access?

Remove the extension from chrome://extensions. To revoke Google Account permissions, visit your Google Account's third-party app settings and remove Clear Cuts.
